Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or provide refunds.
- If the order was shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation is possible with a 20% restocking fee.
- For redelivery requests, a flat fee of $9.99 CAD will be charged.
Order Modifications
We can assist with changes to your order (adding or removing items) before it is shipped. Please contact us promptly if you need to make adjustments.
Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not provide full refunds for any orders.

Shipping Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Snack Gully is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. For assistance with lost parcels, contact the courier directly.
- We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions during shipping, including melting or spoilage.
